This Tuesday morning and afternoon from 1000 AM until 300 PM CDT.
THREATS
Scattered damaging winds and isolated significant gusts to 75 mph possible, Scattered large hail events to 1.5 inches in diameter possible
SITUATION
This potential for wind damage and bouts of large hail may
increase as a line of storms continues to organize, accelerate, and
progress southeastward across the region.
The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 55
statute miles east and west of a line from 30 miles northwest of
Clinton OK to 25 miles south of Altus OK. For a complete depiction

PRECAUTIONS
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch means conditions are
favorable for severe thunderstorms in and close to the watch area.
Persons in these areas should be on the lookout for threatening
weather conditions and listen for later statements and possible
warnings. Severe thunderstorms can and occasionally do produce
tornadoes.
